How do I order? Pickup, shipping and payment
Pickup only by default, near Costco Blair in Ottawa East. Pickup details are shared when your order is ready. Shipping is an option for some products only: contact me to ask before ordering if you need shipping. Payment is by e-Transfer, in full or 50% to start, with the balance due before pickup or shipping. All prices are plus HST. When needed, I send a mockup for your approval before I make the piece.
When do I need to order for Christmas?
Order by December 20 for Christmas. The December 31 date on this site is only the end of the School Years Memory Board holiday discount, not the Christmas order deadline.
How much do ornaments cost?
Ornaments start at $10 plus HST. The final price depends on the design and size.
Where can I get laser engraving done in Ottawa?

How much does a custom name sign cost?
Cut-out wood name signs are priced by width. Raw: 12-inch $25, 18-inch $45, 23-inch $55, 29-inch $65. Stained or painted adds $10, so a 29-inch stained or painted sign is $75. All prices are plus HST. Use the name preview tool on this page to choose a font, finish and width and see the price.
What is a School Years Memory Board?
A keepsake frame with a photo slot for every school year from JK to Grade 12, plus a larger feature photo. It comes in a portrait arch or landscape shape, 11 by 19 inches, with a clear acrylic photo cover. Regular prices are $95 (Classic), $110 (Premium) and $135 (Signature acrylic). For the holidays it is $10 off any type until December 31: $85, $100 and $125, plus HST. December 31 is only the end of this discount; for Christmas, order by December 20.
Do you do UV printing on tumblers, acrylic and wood?
Yes. Full-colour UV printing with white ink on wood, acrylic, metal, glass, ceramic and leather, plus wrap-around printing on tumblers and mugs and water-resistant UV DTF stickers and decals. You can supply your own item or buy one from me.
Do you make custom cake toppers?
Yes. Full-colour UV-printed birthday cake toppers with the name and age cut from mirror acrylic. They are $25 plus HST. The design is 6 inches tall, about 9 inches tall in total with the stick.
Do you make signs and displays for salons and businesses?
Yes. Nail and lash salon display boards, price boards, menu signs, logo signs and branded pieces, with discounts on sets of three or more and bulk pricing for repeat orders.
What materials do you work with?
Baltic birch plywood, cast acrylic, mirrored acrylic, coated and anodized metal for fiber-laser engraving, and glass, ceramic and leather for UV printing.
